"I had issues with a recently installed mini split, that was installed incorrectly by mini split installers. After calling, and leaving a message, I got a response within 15 minutes. Had Craig here 2 hours later diagnosing the problem, and scheduling an appointment to correct the issue. Craig was here bright and early as scheduled, got the job done in a few hours correctly, and was way under what I was expecting to pay"

"They were able to come the same day that I called them. The outlet for my garbage disposal/dishwasher stopped working the night before and when I reset the switch on the electrical panel it still didn’t work. I wish I got the name of the guy who came, but he was so friendly and found the problem to be my garbage disposal, which was blocked and causing the outlet to fail. He could’ve just told me to call a plumber to help me but instead he actually explained and showed me how to try to fix the garbage disposal on my own, and later on I actually was able to fix it by myself!"
